Custer, Kentucky, is enveloped in grief as the community mourns the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of  Hunter Lyons 28, and his cherished daughter Oakleigh Lyons, a vibrant toddler who brought joy and innocence into the lives of all who knew her. 

The father-daughter pair passed away suddenly, leaving behind a sorrow too deep for words but a legacy of love that continues to unite those who knew and loved them.

Photographs of the two together  Oakleigh perched on Hunter’s shoulders, or wrapped in his arms during one of their many adventures  have been shared with messages of love, grief, and remembrance.
