James took pride in his work, understanding that even behind-the-scenes roles play an important part in serving the community. His contributions helped ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors over the years.

Family was at the heart of James’s life. He is survived by his wife, Mayme, who stood faithfully by his side, sharing a life built on love, perseverance, and mutual respect. He was a devoted father to his five children: sons Christopher, Robert, and Anthony, and daughters Melissa Spearman and Janie Williams.

James found great joy in his role as a father, offering steady guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love.
