Tragic Loss of Reseda Student Khimberly Sparks Investigation After Brain Hemorrhage and Alleged Bullying Incident

The Reseda community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 12-year-old Khimberly, a bright and promising student at Reseda High School, who tragically passed away after suffering a severe brain hemorrhage.
