It is with the deepest regret and heartfelt sorrow that we announce the sad passing of Mr. Liam “Foxy” Maybin, late of 3 Fisherwick Crescent, Ballymena, who departed this life peacefully at hospital on 15th November 2025, surrounded by the unconditional love and support of his devoted family.

His passing has brought profound sadness to all who knew him, and the entire community mourns the loss of a man whose warmth, humility, and generous spirit touched countless lives.

Liam, more affectionately known as Foxy, was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, neighbour, and friend. Those who had the privilege of knowing him will remember his gentle nature, his ready smile, and the kindness that defined his life. 

Foxy had a unique ability to make others feel welcome, valued, and understood, and his presence brought a quiet strength and comfort to every room he entered. 

Whether sharing a story, lending a helping hand, or offering a supportive word, he lived a life marked by compassion and loyalty.

Throughout his years in Ballymena, Foxy built deep and lasting connections with those around him. He was a man of great integrity, well-respected for his honesty, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to his family. 

His loss will be felt not only by his loved ones but also by neighbours, friends, and the wider community who admired him for his sincerity and good nature. 

He leaves behind treasured memories that will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to cross his path.
